In this document, "bstar888", "we" and "platform" refer to the website and services operated under the domain bstar888.one. "Player", "you" and "user" refer to any individual who accesses, registers for or uses the services of this platform.

"Account" means a player account legitimately registered through bstar888's official registration process. "Balance" refers to the total funds in a player's account including cash and bonus credits. "Bonus" refers to any incentive, promotional credit or reward given by bstar888 to a player.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at bstar888. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, mobile number or identity card details — are prohibited and will result in the closure of all such accounts along with the freezing of all balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. This information includes your full name as on your MyKad, an active email address, a Malaysian mobile number and your date of birth. Any inaccuracy in the information provided may affect the withdrawal and identity verification process.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account password. bstar888 recommends that passwords be changed regularly and not shared with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact our support team via live chat or email immediately.

bstar888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM30. Deposits must be made from an account or digital wallet registered in the same player's name. bstar888 does not accept deposits from third parties.

• Deposited funds will be credited to your account as soon as payment confirmation is received
• bstar888 does not charge any processing fees on deposits
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or the cryptocurrency equivalent
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected time, contact support with proof of transaction

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes and credited to the account or digital wallet registered by the player.

Before any withdrawal is processed, players may be required to complete an identity verification process (KYC). Required documents include a clear copy of your MyKad and proof of payment method ownership. This process is an industry standard to ensure the security of player funds.

If a player has received a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be fully met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Deposited cash (the original deposit) is not subject to wagering requirements unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

bstar888's main bonus is a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

As a practical example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM200 bonus, bringing your total balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is RM200 × 10 = RM2,000. If you deposit RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be awarded, bringing your balance to RM2,200 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash
